Santa Rosa, CA – (June 10, 2026) – Summit State Bank is pleased to announce that Amir Darabi has joined the Bank as Vice President and Branch Manager of its Petaluma branch.
With a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Northridge and more than 20 years of banking experience, Darabi has built a career spanning wealth management, private banking, business banking, mortgage lending, legacy planning, and relationship management. His diverse perspective and deep industry knowledge enable him to provide comprehensive financial guidance to businesses and nonprofit organizations.

Darabi lives in Healdsburg with his family and enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, gardening, and exploring different cultures.
