Amy joined the Bank in 2017 as the Human Resources Manager and now leads the department as the Director of Human Resources. She has been instrumental in introducing programs and initiatives that enhance workplace culture and support employee growth and engagement. Her ability to design and execute comprehensive HR strategies has ensured alignment with the Bank’s mission, values, and goals.
In addition to her work at the Bank, Amy is active in the community. She is a Board Member for the California Bankers Association’s (CBA) ERISA Trust Committee, the Sonoma County Japanese American Citizens League and the Enmanji Buddhist Temple.
