Santa Rosa, CA – (November 24, 2025) – Summit State Bank is pleased to announce that Cally Puckett has joined the Bank as Vice President and Director of Human Resources.
Cally brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across multiple industries and holds both the SPHR and PHR-CA certifications. She is known for her approachable, people-centered leadership style and strong background in strategic HR management and California labor practices.

Before joining Summit, Cally spent 11 years as an independent HR consultant and held HR leadership roles in the Sonoma and Napa County wine industries. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and served as a Medical Service officer in the U.S. Army.
A longtime Sonoma County resident, Cally enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, supporting her kids' activities, and volunteering within the community.
