Santa Rosa, CA – (January 30, 2026) – Summit State Bank is pleased to announce that Jennifer Soper has joined the Bank as Assistant Vice President and Business Development Officer.
Jennifer brings nine years of banking experience with a focus on business accounts and consumer and commercial lending. Most recently, she served as Assistant Branch Manager at Columbia Bank, where she led staff development and managed daily branch operations.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and brings a strong background in community involvement through volunteer work and board service. Her experience includes roles with the Petaluma National Little League, the Boys and Girls Club, McNear Elementary School Site Council, and St. Vincent de Paul Elementary School Associate Building Committee. Jennifer lives in Petaluma with her spouse and enjoys spending time with family and friends and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
