Santa Rosa, CA – (December 17, 2025) – Summit State Bank is pleased to recognize Rachel Brogdon, Vice President and Senior Commercial Underwriter, has joined the Board of Directors at Common Ground Society.

Rachel brings over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Deeply committed to supporting her community, she is passionate about contributing to the success of this impactful nonprofit. Inspired by her mother, a retired Occupational Therapist and special education Sunday school teacher, Rachel embraces the values of inclusion and acceptance—principles she actively nurtures in her two daughters.
Her involvement with Common Ground Society has included coordinating volunteers and supporting the organization's Calming Tent at local Sonoma County events. The Calming Tent provides an accessible, soothing environment for individuals who need a break from the excitement, offering a dedicated space to reset and feel supported.
