California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

CCPA requires Summit State Bank to inform consumers of the categories and purposes of Personal Information (PI) we collect. We collect the following categories of PI: your name, address, Tax ID and Social Security Numbers, driver’s license, passport or ID card number, date of birth, telephone number, email address, bank account number, other financial information, beneficiary information, benefit elections, internet or other electronic network activity including IP address, geolocation, browsing history and website interactions. We collect PI for purposes such as validating identification, communication with you, processing payroll, processing financial transactions, offering and tracking employment benefits and target marketing. The requirements of the CCPA do not apply to personal information collected that is subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
